@ risotto stock = * rice = * mushrooms = 2 big ones carrot = 1 small white onion = 1 garlic = 1 clove olive oil = * --- > chop $mushrooms to the desired width > slice the ${white onion} and the $garlic > grate the $carrot into thin stripes - heat up the pan, add the ${olive oil}, the $mushrooms and a tablespoon of \ water, and cover the pan [for 2 minutes] - remove cover and stir fry the mushrooms [until they are cooked enough] - add the $carrot, $onions and $garlic and cook [for 3 minutes] - add the $rice and stir fry [until the rice has soaked the juices in the pan] - turn the heat to high (if it wasn't already) - add $stock until the rice is covered, stir every few secods - keep adding $stock when the pan is sufficiently dry, i.e. when draggin the \ wooden spoon accross leaves a visible trail of the pan's bottom - the last time you add $stock also add the $parmesan and ${truffel oil}
